Creating Resilient Water Utilities (CRWU) CRWU initiative assists drinking water and wastewater utilities in building resilience to climate impacts. Resilient Strategies Guide for Water Utilities The Resilient Strategies Guide introduces drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities to the adaptation planning process.
