This free webinar will explore how Green Infrastructure requires ongoing maintenance and skilled knowledge for its effective operation. To increase the implementation success of Green Infrastructure, a well-trained workforce with ties to the community is essential. This webinar will explore community-driven green infrastructure programs in New Orleans that support the professional growth of the communities they are based in. EFCN plans to highlight case studies of green infrastructure workforce programs that owe their success to effective collaboration with the communities they serve.
This is the 7th webinar in a 10-part series focused on the financial, managerial, and technical aspects of green infrastructure. Experienced practitioners, policy and funding experts, as well as academics, will discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the implementation of green infrastructure.
