This free class can help operators and managers of small systems prevent these types of problems and build system capacity by presenting effective best practices in the areas of operations and maintenance, managerial planning and preparedness, and compliance; three components which are essential for successful day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability. The class is presented over three sessions: each with a special focus.
