Details:
This workshop will cover why a Fiscal Sustainability Plan should be developed and implemented for all small utility systems. There will be a case study discussed that explains how to establish a Fiscal Sustainability Plan, how GIS mapping works well with managing assets and financing options for maps or replacement of assets.
